Artikel ini membincangkan secara komprehensif aspek latar belakang kajian, obkektif kajian, kerangka teori kajian, pernyataan masalah, dan metodologi yang digunakan dalam kajian ini yang melibatkan reka bentuk kajian, dan cara pemilihan responden yang dilakukan. Selain itu, perbincangan turut meliputi prosedur pengumpulan data, kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan, serta penganalisisan data bagi menjawab enam persoalan kajian dalam kajian ini.
