Abstract
Discipline is an important aspect to ensure that students are in a good situation for their learning. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that the discipline of students in controlled conditions. This article describes the rules and laws that have been regulated by the Ministry of Education Malaysia in governing student‟s discipline in the school. It also explained about the relationship between the regulations and the teacher‟s responsibilities in governing the student‟s discipline. This study employs qualitative methodology through document analysis. The authors found that the current rules and laws to govern the students discipline are adequate. Simply, it must be emphasized now is how such regulations are effectively implemented.
