Kajian permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan sistem e-tanah di Pentadbiran Tanah Pulau Pinang

Abstract

There is a lot of system in the operation of land administration. This system is all stand alone based and can’t be readily integrated with other system. To solve this problem, the government has introduced e-Tanah. The design of e-Tanah has taken has taken into consideration all the other system needs and requirements. The first objective of this thesis is to understand the component that is available in the e-Tanah system. Pentadbiran Tanah Pulau Pinang was selected as the pilot project. But until today, only two modules is used which is Modul Pendaftaran and Modul Hasil. Both these modules are not yet fully utilized. The second objective is to study the problems in implementing e-Tanah at Pentadbiran Tanah Pulau Pinang. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, primary and secondary data have been collected. The first objective is achieved by elaboration in literature study. The second objective was obtained from interview with fist hand user of e-Tanah. Their explanation and opinion is more based on problems faced in the implementation of e-Tanah at the pilot project.
