Abstract

Justice is really an important aspect of every nation around the world. It is regarded as most important for the race, caste, color of the people. If the country is proceeding towards equity, then justice has to be made as a priority that will define your nation. There are different surveys that are framed with a great structure with necessary modifications to achieve equity. Considering a long time, people's thoughts on equity is becoming relative and also changing to as per the requirements of the people. The principles are also structured in a good manner that will be beneficial for society. Quran and Sunnah relate differently from Islamic equity so as to not get into the opposition to the government. There should not be a separation of people on the basis of race, limits, legal issues, states, etc. This is not good for the people of the religion of the nation. In Islam, there are many sayings that maintain equality. Quran also follows justice.
