Aspek nilai dalam komunikasi dan perbandingan tahap amalan berdasarkan faktor demografi staf Pentadbiran Melayu Islam Negeri Kedah

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the values of communication Muslim Malays, instrument development to study the values of the Malays in the administration of communications, to identify at how the level of values The communication among administrative staff in the district office Kedah and to determine the level of the comparison-the communication based on demographic factors. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to respondents' purposive sampling. Data were used as the main instrument for the research and the data obtained were analysed using “Statistical Package for Social Science” (SPSS) version 16.0. Analysis was done by using descriptive statistics: percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistical: t-test and ANOVA. The findings of this study found that 106 values of communication have been identified and consists of three dimensions of relationship dimensions (80 items value), the dimensions of information (item 21 value) and contact-information dimension (5 items value). The practice among the administrative staff in the district office of the State of Kedah communication values are very high. Results showed that no significant difference exists between the level of communication values based on demographic factors.
