Abstract
Artikel ini akan membincangkan tiga perkara penting, iaitu sejarah ringkas perkembangan pendidikan Islam zaman awal ketika zaman Nabi s.a.w., sahabat, dan tabiin. Sejarah perkembang juga menyentuh kepada sejarah perkembangan kaedah pembacaan al-Quran di Malaysia. Bahagian kedua pula menyentuh kepada kaedah berkesan pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran dan bahagian ketiga ialah model pengajaran dan pembelajaran al-Quran. (English Translation: This article will discuss three key areas, namely the brief history of the development of Islamic education during the early days of the Prophet, his companions, and tabiin.Expanded history also explained the historical development of the method of reading the Quran in Malaysia. The second part focused on the methods of effective teaching and learning of the Quran and the third part is a model of teaching and learning of the Quran.)
