Abstract
Practice in the domain of knowledge concerning the change and evaluation of developing countries' construction industries and development has lingered in Iraq. Remarkable development was formed in its beginning planes, and the directions proposed for further development have been mismanaged in recent years. Nevertheless, a call for an evaluation and application is needed within the context of Iraq's construction. This article examines the existing case of connections in 'construction industry development'. It addresses the reasons for the deficiency of promotion in the range and introduces means that can be used to update upon the circumstance. The study examines 43 factors within 7 development areas. A survey was selected of 150 experts using the selection of a response of a 7 Likert scale of data definition. The results indicate that 4 main factors contribute to the involvement of construction and country development. Moreover, the interpretation shows that the performances in the application have been insufficient. Some of the strategies adopted, presumptions delivered, and determinations ended have been studied. Furthermore, whereas several present effects address the necessity to update upon various viewpoints of the construction industry's practice within the development criteria are more urgent, attention in the field has faded.
