Pelaksanaan revolusi industri 4.0 dalam sektor industri automotif di Negeri Kelantan

Abstract

This study was conducted for the purpose of surveying at the implementation of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the automotive sector in the state of Kelantan. In addition, to what extent is the development of the implementation of Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the automotive sector in the respective state. Therefore, in this study consists of four main objectives, namely identifying the elements, implementation of theory, practicality and work ethics that required by the automotive workers in the state of Kelantan in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 at present. The scope of this study that has been produced covers the automotive industry such as workshops and automotive service centres in the respective state. Furthermore, this study was also conducted by utilising purposive sampling method and instrument form of questionnaires. Next, the data acquired were analysed and interpreted by mean of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.0. However, the results of the study have shown that the implementation of Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the automotive sector in the respective state is still at a satisfactory level. Therefore, this study can be a guide to provide insights in order to implement the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the automotive sector in the state of Kelantan effectively and holistically.
