Sistem penganjuran aktiviti KTDI (SPAKTDI)

Abstract

The application for organizing activities at the Tun Dr Ismail College (KTDI) took a while before the activities could be undertaken. In fact, many processes need to go through before, during and after an activity. As a result of this problem, the KTDI Activity Planning System (SPAKTDI) is proposed to be developed to replace the current system. SPAKTDI provides many benefits to consumers, especially to the Student Committee (JKM), KTDI. SPAKTDI can reduce the workload required by JKM in organizing an activity. This system provides e-form facilities to facilitate JKM to complete application form. The JKM will only need to fill out the e-form, and the system will generate a working paper or application form in the format prescribed by the Student Affairs office (HEMA). Therefore, SPAKTDI has saved JKM time and energy in the application process of organizing an activity. The SPAKTDI development will use the Speed ​​Application Development (RAD) methodology to ensure that the system meets the needs and requirements of the users. ASP.Net technology will be used to develop web-based systems, while Microsoft SQL Server will be used for database management. Fortunately, this SPAKTDI helps the college management in organizing better and more efficient activities.
