Abstract
Mobile application for e-Health (M-health) is a young and dynamic field that could improve the well-being of people around the world. Mobile devices utilization has become very popular nowadays, and this is one of the major factor that contributes to the mobile technologies growth and rising the interest in using smart phones for health and wellness. Mobile applications offer so many benefits such as can lower costs and improve the quality of healthcare also can shift behavior to strengthen prevention, all of which can improve health outcomes over the long term. M-health tool is flexible to achieve efficiencies and improvements that can benefit patients, health workers, and health systems. In addition, M-health can collaborate with other mobile application services to enhance systems effectiveness. This flexibility is partly depending on the ability of the industry to evolve freely.
