Abstract
The importance of intellectual capital has been broadly discussed in various fields of study. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model that identifies the components and indicators of intellectual capital of business incubators. Four elements have been identified as forming the components of intellectual capital in business incubators, namely human capital, structural capital, internal relational capital, and external relational capital. The findings of this study are intended to fill the existing gap in current literature on the measurement indicators of each component. In addition, it contributes a better understanding of the indicators of each component, which serves to support both practitioners and academicians alike in the field of incubation research.
