This study integrated theory of reason action and motivation factors. The study was conducted using a quantitative methods by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using computer software "Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)" for Windows version 16 and "Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)" version 18. The study shows that altruism and perceived usefulness of social network effected KSB. This study concludes with discussion of the practical implications of knowledge sharing behavior research, especially to the nurses.
