Penggunaan sijil formula unit syer dalam permohonan hakmilik strata di Pulau Pinang

Abstract

Sijil Formula Unit Syer (SiFUS) have been established and are required to be used in applications for strata titles before the sale of any parcel or before application of Strata Plan Proposed certificate by a Licensed Surveyor. This system requires a Land Surveyor to obtain certification at the land office and get approval from the land office before being sent to the Local Authority land before the project or work can begin. However, this situation is also considered to have an impact on the Land Surveyors because they need to streamline knowledge in carrying out their work. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the level of understanding of Land Surveyors and problems in the implementation of the system. In conclusion, this study is a review of the interest of typhus in the application development process for strata title and interest of buyers compartment, Land Surveyor and developers. With the study, the parties involved in the development process strata can get knowledge on the application. Indirectly, this study helps to give the impression to those who are still fuzzy in this application before the enforcement of the AHS 2013 and 2013 APS especially in Penang.
