In the recent years, the world has witnessed the long-term growth in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a common entity in all corners of life. With the age that almost reaches 20 years, the expansion of the use of ICT from the root has changed the procedures and execution of all forms of business and enforcement. Now, with the advancement of Internet technology and mobile devices such as smart phones iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Pad tablets, for example, exchange of ideas, information sharing and data communication can be performed anywhere more easily and quickly. The available built applications and applications that are built by third parties for the smart phones and tablets provide search engine and access real-time information. Technology at your finger tips is getting easy with the increase of social networking sites that allow the dissemination and sharing of information methodically and safe. This is important to expand missionary efforts online. In order to ensure the missionary disseminated online successfully, a combination of a general missionary model has been provided in the form of an XML representation.
