Hubungan pegangan atau kepercayaan penyeliaan dengan gaya kepimpinan Guru Penolong Kanan terhadap guru-guru Kemahiran Hidup sekolah rendah di Pasir Gudang

Abstract

This descriptive research aims to identify the relationships holding supervisory leadership style Senior Assistant Teacher of Kemahiran Hidup teachers in the Pasir Gudang. A total of 39 Kemahiran Hidup teachers from primary schools were involved in the Pasir Gudang. Researcher been using instruments MLQ (Multi Factor Leadership Questionnare) to see transformational leadership style and supervisory belief is used questionnaires Glickman & Tamashiro, (1980). All of the data was analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 with descriptive statistical analysis and inference involving correlation sake only. Type of grip most dominant belief is Existentialism when leadership style is the most dominant transformation Motivation Inspiration. Correlation analysis also confirmed that there was no significant relationship between leadership style supervisory beliefs Senior Assistant teacher of teachers of primary school Kemahiran Hidup in Pasir Gudang. Finally, several suggestions were made for action by the parties concerned as well as future research.
