Abstract
Pendekatan pembelajaran aktif merupakan salah satu daripada pendekatan yang penting dalam pengajaran guru yang berkesan di sekolah menengah. Artikel ini akan mengupas satu kajian berkaitan dengan amalan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif berdasarkan pengalaman guru cemerlang Pendidikan Islam (GCPI) dalam subjek Pendidikan Islam. Seramai lapan orang GCPI dipilih sebagai responden kajian melalui pemilihan bertujuan. Instrumen temubual digunakan sebagai data utama yang ditriangulasikan pula dengan data pemerhatian dan dokumen analisis. Verbatim data terkumpul dianalisis dalam N’Vivo 7.0 bagi mencari tema dan subtema sebelum disahkan oleh pakar. Hasil dapatan menunjukkan bahawa pendekatan pembelajaran aktif GCPI terkandung dalamnya peranan guru, peranan pelajar, penggunaan bahan bantu mengajar, faedah dan halangan yang terdapat dalam pendekatan ini dan tajuk yang sesuai menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif ini. Beberapa cadangan penambahbaikan juga dikemukakan bagi memperkasakan lagi pembelajaran aktif dalam kalangan guru pendidikan Islam. (English Translation: Active learning approach is one of the important approaches of effective teaching in secondary schools. This article explores a study related to practice active learning approach based on the experiences of Islamic Education teachers in the subject of Islamic Education. Eight excellent teacher of Islamic Education (ETIE) selected as respondents with purposive sampling. Interview instrument used as the primary data which was triangulated with observational data and document analysis. Verbatim collected data were analyzed in 7.0 N'Vivo to find themes and sub themes before being confirmed by an expert. The results showed that the active learning approach ETIE contained therein play role of the teacher, the role of students, use of teaching aids, benefits and barriers inherent in this approach, and the title of the appropriate use of active learning approaches. Some suggestions for improvement are also presented to further improve active learning among teachers of Islamic education).
