Abstract

Method Iqra is one method quick to teach Asas Tilawah al-Quran was invoked in Malaysia since year 1995 and method of study through play is one approach given priority by Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia to be used phased preschool. Result study on learning process Asas Tilawah al-Quran namely single introduction letters Hijayah to pre-schoolers by adapt method Iqra and learns through play not just adding understanding but give more joy in class without suffer any pressure during learning process. In level age four to six years, learning through solely book is difficulty to they gives attention and not attracting enough interest. Writer sort out a solution by design an application smartphone that is shaped teach and education game namely Mai IQra this refers to book Iqra. Main purpose is to teach them may know, read and spell single letters hijaiyah with more fluent. This application also includes 3 main functions namely teach children read letter hijaiyah from pringkat Iqra 1 to level Iqra 6. Both functions training help the children write letter hijaiyah and third were game that gives attention to letter hijaiyah.
