Abstract
Many neurological deficits or neurotoxins implicated in violent behavior arise from events that could be prevented or treated: Perinatal exposure to alcohol and drugs, prenatal and perinatal injuries, environmental exposure to lead, hormonal abnormalities, child abuse, accidental head injuries.
