For the the internal challenges, it relates to students" readiness and personal problems. In overcoming the challenges, the respondents stated that there are several strategies that are helpful and meaningful such as sufficient technology facilities, lecturers" support, students" readiness to face new norms and improve personal management. There is a need of cooperation from the government, the Ministry of Higher Education, the university, and students in resolving the constraints of online learning as it can meet a new norm in future.
