Abstract
Nowadays, along with the increasing demand for affordable residential, there is an offer to the purchase of bungalow house lots offered with affordable price. This scenario also took place in the rapidly developing District of Manjung with the high demand for affordable housing. However, most of the buyers prefer to own their own bungalow house by buying empty lot with low price. The problem is, that proposed lot was agricultural land divided into various lots for housing purpose without changing conditions of the land. These kind of lots are sold at an affordable price attracting buyers to acquire the land. Hence, the buyers dealing with the risks of breach the land condition. Moreover, transfers of ownership of the land transactions cannot be completed. Because of the contradiction with the land law refer to Kanun Tanah Negara (828) . As a result, the purchasers of these shared grant lands did not have valid documents to prove that the land belongs to them. Thus, there are requests and applications from the landlords to resolve issues and problems faced to acquire separate titles. This study will review the implementation process procedures and feasibility of alternative methods of Rancangan Perkampungan Tersusun (RPT) as a problem-solving path that has occurred. The findings found that, this method can be implemented but only in certain cases that have been identified as appropriate using this method. Proposed improvements as a result of the findings suggest to create a specific guideline for solution. Further details are as per the study.
