Repeated gazetting process and long period of time, increase the gazetting period of an application. The inconsistency gazetting process between PDT and PTG that also contributes to the delay in the gazetting period. To overcome these shortcomings, several proposals have been identified, including the creation of gazetting units in the department, creating a gazetting work process in a computerized system, encouraging monitoring at the top level as well as reviewing the additional needs of staff implementing gazetting.
