Abstract

This study has created its primary purpose of investigation based on the aspects of transformational leadership and its effect on organizational development. This study also comprises another essential part, one that is attentive to the influence of transformational leadership in industrial growth in the United Arab Emirates. The principal parts of this study have been divided into two sections. The first one is focused on evaluating and examining theoretical perspectives and results of interconnections between leadership style and organizational development. This section has been divided into sub-parts, such as the theory of transformational leadership, the influence on worker performance, the application of the direction style, and the subsequent empowerment of it. The second part of this study concentrates on achieving evidence of transformational leadership impacts on the construction and industrial industries.
