Abstract

The legal laws of Islamic in the UAE isShariah which is regarded as the chief of all laws. Depending on this, few Federal laws have been introduced which makes a complete law system. Different laws that are being processed in this are law number 5 in the year 1985 and law number 28 which is personal status law. These laws surely help to maintain legal protection in the UAE.As a common law in this, there are some effects of points of reference that can be compared with customary laws.With the invention of new law that thought about the illegal tax avoidance is an alternate crime.There is a similar law which demonstrates that the court which examines the illegal tax avoidance case. It will be under the name of the organization or for any method that it takes.But due to this, there is still an individual who has carried the wrong crimes.
