Planning in producing an entrepreneurial framework for culinary students

Abstract

The plan to create an entrepreneurial framework for culinary students is a process that provides additional information to support the background of the problem and provide a clear picture for future research needs. It was a preliminary study involving 4 respondents consisting of culinary graduates from public and private institutions of higher education in Johor Bahru who had worked in various sectors. The study was a qualitative study and analyzed using thematic analysis to determine appropriate themes. Interview protocols were used to make the interviews more structured and to achieve the purpose of the study as well as produce clear information. Therefore, this study aims to reinforce the need for developing an entrepreneurial framework for culinary students.
