Abstract
This study examines the role of emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and environmental uncertainty of employees in organization. This quantitative study primarily highlighted the role of emotional intelligence as an independent variable, cultural intelligence as moderators and environment uncertainty as mediator in the relation between emotional intelligence and creative performance. Data from 150 respondents from higher education industry in Malaysia was analyzed using multiple regression method utilizing SPSS Statistics software. The results indicate that all 3 hypotheses are supported. The discoveries from a self-report put together research with respect to inventive execution where social insight are dissected recommends that there exists a distinction in enthusiastic knowledge scores across various passionate knowledge capabilities for age and instructive foundation, with guys scoring higher on self-guideline and self-inspiration, and females scoring higher on mindfulness, compassion and social abilities, and that passionate knowledge levels increment altogether.
