Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine the factors influencing career progression of working-class married women in Oyo metropolis and to examine the influence of demographic variables of age, educational attainment, and job cadre on the respondents’ view. The purposive and convenient sampling technique was used to select 220 participants; out of which, 209 questionnaire forms were adequate for data analysis.
