Abstract

The growth and development of the nation are based on the education system practiced. A good education will produce a generation that has a responsibility and appreciates life. This has sparked on National Educational Vision which is the essence of the Vision 2020. Now, the effort to inculcate the good values and education changes for students is lies on the teachers too. Teacher leadership is very important in the formation of educational vision, especially the style used against students. Based on the direction that has been set, the teacher should use the leadership style practiced thoroughly to ensure that all planned activities or strategies in accordance with the direction. The role of teachers in shaping this vision also helps the teacher to understand all actions that need to be done to achieve the National Educational Vision.
