Abstract
This article aims to identify the effectiveness of the ISLP Program, also known as the International Real Work Lecture (KKNA) organized by the Faculty of Education through a service learning (SL) learning approach. Students perception of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University (UMP), Indonesia on the effectiveness of the program has been analyzed involving 21 students who participated in this study. The 4-likert scale questionnaire was used in this study to obtain data. The questionnaire consisted of three constructs namely evaluation of program implementation, evaluation of program management, evaluation of program effectiveness. The findings indicate that the overall mean value is 3.25, which indicates that students have a good perception of the ISLP program
