Hubungan keberkesanan latihan operasi perbankan terhadap prestasi kerja di Affin Bank

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Banking Operation Programme towards job performance of Affinbank employees. The research are mainly focused on the participants reaction dan their knowledge before and after the programme end. The study is obtained by distributing 80 questionnaires to the respondent. The data of this research are analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0. The data is presented in the form of mean, frequency, percentage and Pearson Collation. The finding shows that there is a significant relationship between reaction and knowledge of participants toward job performance. I hope that this research could serve as a guideline for the next research in the future.
