Abstract
This paper examines the organizational behavior challenges faced in managing employee’s well being at work and creating a positive work environment in Foxconn Technology Group. The effects and responses to those challenges are also discussed from an organizational point of view. This paper also present the overview of the approaches made in overcoming the challenges.
