Abstract
Advancement in material engineering has made designing a myriad of high performing polymeric-based membranes for a wide range of application a reality. This chapter focuses on the recent progress of thin film composite (TFC) membranes for CO2 separation. The fabrication parameters via interfacial polymerization and the state-of-art modifications employed to enhance the membrane performance were discussed. The contents in this chapter shall provide valuable insight into the heart of the modern polymer-based TFC membrane technologies in the field of CO2 separation.
