Abstract

Fostering team innovation is important for firms to sustain competitive advantages. However, the empirical studies for the function of team innovation on customer perceived attractiveness is scare. To address the knowledge gap, we propose the link between team innovation and customer perceived attractiveness. In other words, this study investigates the effect of team innovation on customer perceived product attractiveness. The study results confirmed that team innovation exhibits a positive impact on customer perceived attractiveness.
