Abstract
This paper reviews the relationship between followership style and cognitive style. It reviews Kelley's (1992) model of followership styles which are “the-sheep”, “pragmatist, “the yes-people”, “the star follower”, and “alienated”. Meanwhile for cognitive styles, this paper reviews Allinson and Hayes's (1996) model which consists of “analytical” and “intuitive” style.
