Abstract

Facilities management has been broadly defined by many authors,which each group and individual try to interpret the meaning of facilities to their own understanding and professionalism. In most definitions of facilities management, the importance of space or place always being highlighted as one of the aspects that affects the physical workplace with the people and work organisation. The study explores the process of developing a space management conceptual framework for higher-education institution.
