Abstract

The increased attention given to the topic of quality services within the background of e-learning environment warrants the writing of this paper. Further, the continual changes in students’ preferences deserve serious research attention if the landscapes of educationist move forward in the e-learning education reforms. In this paper, one aspect of change, namely the notion of student satisfaction is investigated. This aspect is highlighted with the aim to ascertain whether various quality services is related to student satisfaction in the context of e-learning. Accordingly, the paper addresses the question: “Are quality services and student satisfaction related?” Specifically, the purpose of this paper is to develop a good understanding and insight into relevant previous research and the trends that have emerged and to determine a rationale to elucidate the relationship between quality services and student satisfaction
