Abstract

Diabecine polyherbs is traditionally formulated for diabetes. It is expected to be conducive for healing process as well, based on the herbal ingredient content in the Diabecine polyherbs formulation.. Different concentrations of Diabecine polyherbs extract were tested on HSF (1184) to examine the potential toxicity and cell migration potential. No cytotoxicity value (IC50) was observed at all concentrations. Also, cell migration in the scratch assay test was well promoted compared to the control. The results suggest that Diabecine polyherbs are applicable to promote wound healing.
