Abstract

This paper explains about the assessment overviews on the quality proportion that has been done to the selected high rise residential property development. This quality proportion shows the benchmark for the current practice and current situation of the property which needs to be reviewed. Researcher noticed that, the difficulties in measuring this factor are due to the lack of construction progress and information. The finding that there was a correlation between BQOMP (Building Quality Proportion-Operation Maintenance) factors with the age of building was surprisingly.
