Abstract
This study seeks to advance understanding of the direct effect of culture value dimensions on leadership styles at the industry level. Several studies exist on culture and leadership but research appears to be limited empirically concerning the relationship of these two constructs. This research moves beyond the issue of the variform universality of full range leadership to determine the impact of culture on leadership in specific culture. Extending this research to the country and industry level of analysis may contribute to the ongoing knowledge in this area. In this study, the researcher proposed a quantitative method for a correlational study about the relationship of culture and leadership styles. Data of this study will analyze using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) which is known as a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. This study attempts to outline a frameworks and model that illustrates the relationship between culture and leadership. Therefore aims to fill up theoretical gaps, by looking at the connection between culture value dimensions and full range leadership styles.
