In addition, knowledge exchange is considered a key managerial strategy for improving supplier’s operational performance. This study empirically examines the importance of knowledge exchange and its antecedents to operational performance. Moreover, the results support a strong positive relationship between the knowledge management process and supplier’s operational performance in the context of supply chain management.
