Abstract

This paper discusses the critical content of a tourism website based on the PWTC and eMICA models. The revolution of the digital age has radically changed customer expectations about convenience, speed, price, service, and comparability. To remain competitive in the industry, travel agencies have to set up websites with consistently updated information which promotes their services and marketing strategies to their targeted customers.
