It is also seen as a way of bringing in a good changes and benefits in term of economic benefits by bringing in tourist followed by infrastructure development for the people and the tourism sector. Therefore there are a lot of interested people looking towards this area working hand in hand to look after this so called common heritage. A question that has been raised here are, are those people that has been talking do looks at these subject clearly or to some extend locally. What the researcher is trying to say is that they all talk about conservation whereas the only type of conservation they are talking is nature related conservation, what about the conservation of the tradition of the locals and their way of life? They talk about economic development whereas they are not thinking for whom the development is really meant to and who are the people that are going to fill up and uphold the desired development? And they talk about rights whereas they don’t think who are the most rightful of that particular area. Here come the needs of community participation, to fill up and answer the question raised. Therefore this study has been design as such to look into the problem, to study the process of community participation in the study area. The study will also be looking at the methods and techniques of participation that has been used in comparison with the ideal methods and techniques and try to put the level of participation of the area in comparison with the studied models which has been used as the basis of the study. Finally the study will conclude the findings of the study in relation to the success of the participation process in the respective area and recommends some measures that can be done for the good of the participation process and the community in the line with the concept of sustainable development.
