Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the coaxial probe aperture immersed in a dissipative medium using Levine's integral calculation and Nevels's MoM routines. The analytical integration and MoM are programmed with MATLAB code. The comparison between simplicity and accuracy of both methods has been discussed in detail. This paper intends to enhance the compatibility study of analytical and numerical methods for coaxial probe, since literature on this study for coaxial probe is less compared to linear monopole.
