Abstract
The acquisition and use of information are key factors in successful executive performance. Unfortunately, most information systems formal or informal do not meet executive needs. Indeed, most new systems require extensive revision (after they are developed) to even partially fulfill intended needs. Failure to get executives the information they need in a timely manner can result in lost opportunities or in a problem not being solved in time. This can be as a result of lack of consistence between the employment service and the organization managerial roles. The primary focus of the project is to enhance the factors that explain users' behavior towards using EIMS. EIMS designed to enhance the managerial roles of top-level managers in organizations there are reports of low usage of these systems that, in part, contributes to their failures in organizations. In managerial sector, this are divided into various department that take care of different activities in the company i.e Human Resources, Accounting and Admin Manager. Like the Human Resources take care of the well being of the staff, while accounting sector refers to the amount paid to the employees for service they provide during a certain period of time while the Admin manager goes out to monitor the progress of their project. In this project the writer develop a EIMS system that monitors employee attendance with date and time each employee resume work with their closing time, also a notification to show if an employee is been approve to go for leave or not. The Human Resources will be responsible for adding, or deleting an employee’s data. The Admin Manager will be responsible for the adding deleting and updating of project and companies under the project. The main responsibility of the EIMS system is to keep a proper record of overall activities of Felcra Bina Company.
