Abstract

The synthesis temperature affected the properties and photo catalytic activity of Tantalum (V) nitride (Ta3N5) nanoparticles for hydrogen evolution. The Ta3N5 prepared at lower temperature showed higher photo catalytic activity due to the lower particle size and higher surface area.
