Abstract

This research to is try to investigate prophet’s leadership attributes in all headmasters in primary national school in Pontian District from Islamic Education and j-QAF teachers’ point of view. The research is also to identify the attributes that are less practised by the headmasters in schools organization. This research was done in 55 primary national school with 120 Islamic Education and j-QAF teachers as the respondents. Instrument that was used in this research was built using SPSS for Windows programme. Results from the research showed that teacher admitted that 13 of our prophet’s leadership attributes have been instilled in all the headmasters leadership in schools. It showed that in managing and developing the schools, headmasters will always refer to our prophet’s teaching in directing the school to excellence.
