Pengurusan latihan dalam perkhidmatan sekolah menegah daerah Kota Tinggi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to review the management of in-service training at schools in the District of Kota Tinggi. This study involved 51 teachers as respondents in Kota Tinggi district schools. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. All quantitative data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 16.0. While the qualitative data from interviews were conducted on seven teachers were analyzed through thematic process and conclusion. Data analysis found that in general, the management level of the in-service training was measured at high mean value (4.00). The qualitative data showed that there were seven suggestion proposed by respondents which can be used in school. In addition, some suggestions for further research are also suggested by the researchers to conduct a future study
