Abstract
Organizational Integrity Plan (PIO) is implemented aimed at increasing understanding of educators to understand integrity. Knowledge and understanding of the integrity of the organization is essential to ensure that all teachers understand the importance of integrity values in them. Ministry of Education (MOE) in collaboration with the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) held its integrity-related courses in the hope of fostering the integrity of teachers. This study aims to evaluate the impact of primary school teachers PIO in Kota Tinggi, Johor who have attended courses PIO uses cluster sampling and quantitative design. A total of 278 people were selected as respondents. The results showed that most respondents agreed that the program attended PIO to provide awareness about the importance of integrity in the practice of the teaching profession. They also agree with the PIO so that it can push hard in its responsibilities to the students, school, peers and the teaching profession. Filling available either in the form of course delivery by facilitators who use the latest technology facilities such as computers, LCD and so on or the module can be accepted and applied by a good teacher. Overall, the findings of this study show that the MOE and IIM - PIO has successfully organized this course effectively. Improvements need to be done from time to time to strengthen the implementation of the PIO to educators.
