Abstract
Pengajaran berpusatkan pelajar bermaksud segala strategi pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah berdasarkan kepada kehendak dan kemahuan pelajar. Situasi pembelajaran seperti ini seringkali membantu para guru khususnya dalam melatih pelajar mereka menghasilkan satu pengalaman yang luas. Dalam menghasilkan suatu pengajaran yang berpusatkan pelajar, guru-guru mestilah memenuhi beberapa langkah dalam prinsip asas pengajaran yang berkesan. Mereka juga mestilah memahami dengan mendalam tentang peranan yang perlu dimainkan oleh seorang guru kepada pelajarnya. Maka tujuan penulisan kertas kerja ini adalah untuk melihat beberapa prinsip-prinsip asas dalam menghasilkan pengajaran yang berkesan serta memahami peranan sebagai seorang guru. (English Translation: Student-centered teaching strategy means all teachers are doing is based on the needs and desires of the students. Learning situations like this often help teachers train their students, particularly in producing a wide experience. In creating a student-centered learning, teachers must try a number of steps in the basic principles of effective teaching. They also must understand the depth of the role to be played by a teacher to his or her students. The purpose of writing this paper is to examine some of the basic principles in the production of effective teaching and understand the role of a teacher).
