Abstract

Bromelain in pineapple is known for it medical properties such as: ¾ Anti-inflammation agent ¾ Effective in relieving inflammation associated with infection and physical injuries. [9] ¾ Help to promote and maintain proper digestion ¾ Relieve symptom of stomach upset or heartburn.
