Abstract
On the effort to be a develop country and also for having a new era, management of building organisation should aware the importance of energy management programme that must be practise. Responsibility of energy management should not be burden to only technical department, but the overall of building management also must take serious attention. It should also be able to solve any problems that related with the energy management. Therefore, this research will discovered level of energy management that being practise by building organisation management for shopping complexes which include the management of office building that situated in town Johore Bahru. There a objectives that being fixed on this research like, to study the level of energy management on building nowadays, identify the problems on energy aspects of energy management and suggestions of new energy management that is more effective. This research being done by providing one concept of energy mangement in a contents of matrix. This practise by management of building organisation. Data being collected through questionnaires and interview with building managers. Result that being given by respondents will be analysed using statistics package programme. Suggestions will be made according to the results of analysis hat being identified. Based on the results from this research, level of energy are not really stable and awareness about the energy management among users also not being satisfied.
